Techserve employs approximately 80 technical personnel comprising professional agronomists, agricultural engineers, agricultural consultants, engineers, sugar technologists, technicians, designers, draughtsmen and support personnel in the fields of planning, purchasing and quality control and in addition have arrangements with professional Structural and Civil Engineers to contribute to multi-disciplinary TECHSERVE project teams when required.  These technical personnel are supported by a further 25 administration, accounting, cost control and clerical personnel, secretaries, typists, expeditors, shipping clerks, stores personnel and by construction managers who are augmented by artisans and labourers engaged on contract from time to time according to the construction work load.

All staff are mobile and frequently travel internationally to provide services where required.

Techserve operate three aircraft of their own, a Beech B58 Baron, a Pilatus PC12 turboprop and a Cessna Caravan, to service their local and Southern African project sites.
